Shipping policy
Processing
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates and times
- United States: Priority Insured shipping, $4.95. Free on orders over $50.
- Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after your order ships.
- International orders: rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Duties or taxes charged on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
Use the Track Your Order link in the site footer or the link in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, email us and we will look into it.
Lost, damaged, or wrong item
Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund including shipping, your choice.
Address changes and cancellations
Email us as soon as possible after ordering. We can change an address or cancel for a full refund any time before the order ships.
